RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please carefully check your order and any additional options in both your cart and at time of check-out.  We cannot refund for change of mind or incorrect product ordered.  Once orders are placed online and processed they are sent directly to be manufactured and cannot be cancelled at this stage.

We are only able to accept a product for a replacement or refund when:

  • The product has been wrongly described
  • The product has been assessed and found to be a manufacturing fault
  • The product does not meet the ‘fit for purpose’ requirement

 

RETURNS

If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging shipped with.

To process a return we require an email copy of your electronic receipt before returning your product.  This must also include the reason for your return and any additional information.  Once we receive your email and if the return is authorised we will advise the appropriate address for return shipment.   A valid Return Authorisation Number (RA#) is required and must appear clearly labeled on the return address label.

 

REFUNDS

When your return is received, inspected, and authorised or rejected you will be notified via email.

If authorised your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within the advised period, usually 5-7 days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@customcarcoverco.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong product has be sent in error.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@customcarcoverco.com and we will issue you a return No. and address.

Once an order is shipped the Custom Car Cover Company may offer a refund at its own discretion, however all discretionary refunds carry a 20% processing and administration charge.  All postage fees must be paid for by the customer.

 

SHIPPING

To return your product, we will issue you with a return no. and shipping address upon authorisation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

INCORRECT SIZING

Custom Car Covers are designed to be a snug, contoured fit.  When new, stretch the cover over the vehicle or motorcycle and allow some time for the cover material to adjust and contour.

If your cover is still not the correct size please email us: info@customcaroverco.com with your invoice number and vehicle details.  We will check this with your order, vehicle details and the size of the custom cover provided.  If there has been a manufacturing error we will advise of a return and replacement as per the above policy.

Any items where measurements have been provided by the customer we are unable to authorise a refund or replacement.

 

 

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.customcarcoverco.com (the “Site”).

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

 

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

 

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

 

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

 

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
